Not knowing anything about Xbox controllers as I bought this as a Christmas gift was disappointed to know this does not work with the rechargeable battery pack I purchased.

However, I don't like the grip of it because it feels a bit rough on the surface. All in all, it's still a must-have controller for Xbox games.

It sat on the shelf for over two months before the game was released. When the came came in the mail i used the remote for barely a mo th before the right joystick started showing signs of drift. As a week ago the dirft became so bad the controller was unusable. Very disappointed in an $80 controller being such a piece of chepa garbage. Since i preordered by the time i used it and it became an issue, it was past the return period.

The controller from my Xbox did the same thing so I bought this one at my local best buy. I eventually just switched to wireless headphones so I don't get this head ache anymore
