Works as it should, but only 4 stars as the series x gen controllers seem to have sharper edges along the seems of the controller and build quality seems a bit cheaper in the button contacts.

Great controller for my little guy with his new xbox! Says it feels cool and was easy to connect

Pretty color, didn’t last long. It started drifting just a couple months of owing it.

My son loves this controller and uses it with the console and his computer. The blue ombré color is lovely.

Came into the store after buying my warranty on the previous controller, simple and easy process.

Stick drift in less than 6 months :( luckily I bought the replacement plan and will be getting it replaced for free.

The best controller I’ve ever had, comfortable and the capture button is really useful for clips! Must buy if you want a new controller.

Love the color and the grips. The rubber on the grips keeps it from slipping off my recliner when i set the controls down.

Second week it had a glitch. Buttons where not working properly and just moving in whatever direction when you tried to select something.

Very good value. I enjoy using this controller. I bought it to go along with my Xbox Series X.

Does as it is supposed to, took a bit to pair it with my xbox one since this is an xbox series x controller.

I love this controller! It’s very ergonomic and looks really good too. I mainly use this on pc.

Was Microsoft like, "we don't make enough money on consoles themselves. We should make messed up controllers, that don't work and break easily."? I've been through 3 controllers since Christmas and they've all had flaws. Two of them the D-pad wasn't reading correctly, they wouldn't recognize directional inputs, two of them the right bumper button had almost no spring at all, and all three of them had a lag unless plugged in. They are pieces of crap and I will save my money and stick with Playstation. Oh yeah, I know a lot of people prefer this but, why does the button layout have to be shaped like 2/3 of a Nintendo64 controller? I personally don't like having to keep my thumbs at different angles

Out of the box , X button a little rough. Gets stuck for a small second sometimes. D-Pad also does the same.

As much as I loved this controller (on PC), I kept noticing a dead spot on some of the buttons where you would press it and nothing would happen. It was frustrating enough that I returned it and went back to my Xbox one controller.

I recommend that you put insurance in case it is damaged, you can replace it with another loso paying the insurance for two years

Performed as expected. I would recommend as a the goto controller for all your gaming needs.

Work well but as all of these controllers they don't last long. I guess so you have to keep buying them
