    4 starts because no built in Rechargeable battery. Come on Microsoft get with the program. Other than that the controller looks and feels good.

    Stick drift after 6 months of use. Microsoft only covers about 4 months. If you buy a controller, buy the insurance Best Buy offers

    I purchased two for my xbox one about 3 1/2 years old the controllers lag because of being universal for xbox one and xbox x

    Broke after one month of gameplay. No longer returnable to the store. Microsoft had me send it in only to receive a refurbished item with markings on it from prior use. I do not recommend buying these cheap controllers. I end up buying a new one every year because they make them so cheap now. Customer support with microsoft is absolutely terrible as well and difficult to actually get ahold of someone. Switch to PC or Playstation. Stop wasting money on Microsoft junk.
