I have had cheaper, off brands last a very long time, so didn't think saving it was a problem. I bought, but didn't start using it until recently so it is outside the 90 day warranty. I would have used it right away if i knew it was going to be an issue!!

These China manufactured products overall made of inferior materials and inferior craftsmanship. It is an embarrassment to Microsoft and Xbox to market their controllers that rarely last 6 months even when receiving excellent care and use.

Although I purchased it during the Christmas season it was for a birthday gift last week which apparently after my return date. The controller is not working we’ve changed the batteries and have tried it on another system. Same problem.

Triggers stick and were loud

Eventually, the sticking got a bit better but the padding on the inside (which made the controller quiet) wore out causing the trigger to be very loud compared to the other side. This was after one (1) day. I ended up returning the controller for a Playstation 5 controller.
