A fine controller, but not very honest packaging

A set is included, which is nice, but I still find this to be a poor design choice given that rechargable batts are a pretty standard expectation for wireless controllers these days. This controller can be used wired through USB-C connection, however a cable for this is not provided. The product is fine. I just wish that specifications about batteries and cables were shown more clearly on the packaging.

We have been expecting a delivery on the 20th but got an email last night saying it was lost in transit, and they needed to refund the money?! Also that it could take 2 weeks to get the money back! I was heart broken, have looked everywhere for this specific item, and thought Christmas will be ruined. I double checked to see if BestBuy had it in stock again, and they did! Next day delivery for free! BestBuy saved Christmas! Thank you BestBuy!! Merry Christmas!!! Happy 2022!!!
