The controller feels absolutely amazing and works great, EXCEPT for the Bluetooth. The Bluetooth on this controller continuously disconnects from PC. My friend bought one too and his continuously disconnects as well.

If you are planning to use this with your PC at all, then plan on using a usb-c cord. There is a current "known issue" of the controller not working properly over bluetooth, with buttons not functioning correctly or in my case the left and right trigger not working in a variety of games. There has been an update posted by Microsoft with the latest Windows 10 service pack, but it still does not solve it. The Wireless Xbox One controller (version with bluetooth) on the other hand works a-ok.

I’ve gone through 3 of these in the last 2 years. Always the same problem. The left stick and the dpad ghost and drift bad. Tried taking the shell off and cleaning it with alcohol and canned air. It made no difference. For $50-$70 a pop you would hope they’d be better quality and last longer. Never had this problem with controllers for the 360, the one, or any playstation I’ve owned.

Love the look of it but it has already loosened up and is now drifting in less than a month. Bought it for a Christmas present for my son and is after the 15 day return policy.

If you like the look, I would not stop you from getting it, but it’s texture is slipperier and the action butons have not color indicators like the other controllers.

Works well and my son of 10 seems to fit his hands

This product is awful, the share button is terribly placed on the controller. Many times I have been inconvenienced by inadvertently tapping it when it feels like my hands are nowhere near the button. Furthermore, I've had to replace it twice within the last two weeks, not built to last at all. Got my most recent controller less than a week ago and the audio jack is already broken and my audio isn't being picked up in party chat. Dropped it maybe once in that time.

Ordered 2 Xbox controllers, finally had to go to fedex where it got lost, filed a missing item claim, Best Buy told me to pick them up at my local store after the run around. One worked great the other didn’t work at all, I took it back and because it was 14 days past the date they said it was at the store I was out of luck so I’m out $65 for a defective item

So disappointed with Best Buy distribution and shipping. I ordered this nov 23 as a Christmas gift for my son and they never sent it. I called and they said a new one would be sent and now they issued a refund instead of sending a new one. So so so disappointed with the customer service.

Came defective (home button didn’t work properly, X button issues too). Reason for the 1 star is Best Buy refused to take it back (only had it for 21 days) because I wasn’t an “elite” member. Meaning I didn’t spend enough money with them yearly. However if I spent more money with them and was an elite member, they WOULD have taken it back. So they CAN. They just chose not to. Won’t buy from them again.

Left thumb stick started having issues a few weeks after purchase. This such a common problem Xbox controllers, so you just have to learn to play around the problem if possible. Microsoft needs to find a better way to make these controllers last.

Controller buttons work stuck. And was sent the wrong color. But I was refunded back.

I've had this for 5 months and it now stopped working. I contacted Microsoft support and they informed me that they only guarantee these controllers for 3 months. So even Microsoft doesn't trust their own product to last up to a year since don't warranty it that long. No wonder they're getting sued for faulty controllers.

Control started to drift after a few days of playing with it , poor quality controller if this is the design of the controller I can only imagine how horrible the game condition can be . Xbox has released another horrible item . Just like I’m sure Starfield gonna be pre order cancelled

I know it's supposed to be original, but it feels so cheap, and even sometimes doesn't reacts when I play fifa or brawlhala. The a button feels cheap, pressing it is to loud. I can tell it definitely doesn't have same quality as others.
