Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.So, i picked up my controller a couple days before black Friday and when they came out to my car as I picked it up curbside, I grabbed it and put it on my seat and didn't really look at it until I was eating lunch down the street and there was a huge hole in the box like a very sharp corner of something smashed into it. Now i didn't have enough time to turn around and return it so I took the chance and figured if it was in any damaged i would return it. I just couldn't believe that they obviously saw the hole and still gave it to me without asking if it was ok or if i wanted a different one. Kind of a crappy thing to do. The controller works great, just know that if you have a older charging station the cover wont fit on these new controllers.

The actual box of the controller heals several holes and fell apart quickly. The controller box was in a bag, not a cardboard box, which is why it got damaged so easily. I expected better from best buy

I have already gone through 2 in a month. They lose responsiveness within a few weeks and the springs are noisy like nails on a chalkboard. Stick with your old controllers. Disgusting.
