First the bad stuff. Unfortunately, I bought it within the first month of the release so there were a lot of problems. The controller wouldn't work wirelessly. So I had to go digging to find a solution. Found a solution which was to connect it with a USB-C, and update it. IT works now but now it will randomly lose the Bluetooth connection which has led me to die a few times in platformer games. I will update the rating if that gets fixed. The good stuff is that it's a really comfortable controller with an amazing grip and sticks layout. The buttons feel really good and the battery life is nice especially if you get a rechargeable battery pack or batteries.

We're sorry that there's an issue using your new Xbox wireless controller with Windows 10 PC through Bluetooth. If you are still experiencing this issue please ensure you have the latest service update for Windows. You can find available Windows updates by going to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update > Check for Updates on your Windows 10 PC. In some cases, there may be a button that says “View optional updates”, and you may be required to click there to find the update.
Once that is complete you will also need to make sure the controller firmware is up to date by checking for additional updates within the Xbox Accessories app. If you continue to experience a problem, please check with our team at Xbox Support for assistance here: https://beta.support.xbox.com/en-US/help/hardware-network/controller/wireless-controller-solution

I’ve rarely had any issues, if any, with the controllers from Xbox. And you can’t beat that color that nails the green in the logo. Buy this and make your friends jealous.

With xbox you will definitely find that to be more true than ever. Whenever you buy another remote, consider getting the warranty here with geek squad. It always pays off!

I WOULD give that title to the Nintendo Switch Pro controller IF the trigger buttons were analog, since they are not, the crown goes to the Series X controller. Even though it is mostly the same as the Xbox One controller, they have made very minor tweaks that make it even more comfortable. It feels amazing. The triggers have a textured surface that makes them easy to grip. Phenomenal piece of gear.

I highly recommend this product .. I got mine during holiday sale for $20 less
