The previous xbox one controller usually ended up having a phantom drift with the joysticks after 100+ hours of gaming. So far these haven't shown any issues. The blue color is a little dark for my tastes and it also hides the color of the XYAB buttons so it's not ideal for newer players you aren't familiar with color or button placements.

We're sorry if there's an issue using your new Xbox wireless controller with Windows 10 PC through Bluetooth. If you are still experiencing this issue please ensure you have the latest service update for Windows. You can find available Windows updates by going to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update > Check for Updates on your Windows 10 PC. In some cases, there may be a button that says “View optional updates”, and you may be required to click there to find the update.
