My old one buttons wore out. Had 3 of the same one and never had problems.

Had it for a year now and still no drag or any flaws on mine just keep it on the console after using it and it's perfect

This is a typical Xbox one controller. The feel of the hand placement is much more to my liking verses the slick plastic of most controllers. When first started up the controller had a lot of lag. Come to find out it needed to be updated, just took the Xbox 2-3 days to prompt. Since then it has been very similar to the stock Xbox controller.

Great starter choice if you need and want to play, last up to 2+ years

Love this controller Im a very competitive female gamer I love how the screenshot but is easily accessible I can quickly snap a screenshot while in a game. && Its my favorite color!!! Been using for 2-3 years now

Bought this as a replacement controller for my husband and his gaming ways. He likes the color. He likes the action on the controller. And he likes the directional pad better than the traditional one. Definitely would purchase again.

Best controller for pc and Xbox but it only last so long. I play EA Sports NHL 22 and 23 which is tough on controllers i had to buy a new controller today after 1 year since purchasing my last controller thankfully I have a 2 year warranty

Still, my favorite controller of all time, I do drop it on occasion, and I’m slightly rough on it, hands wise, however, this current version seems the last bit longer than the previous models. I will use until I can’t use them anymore!

Easy to operate perfect size to be able to firmly hold and maneuver buttons. It seems to be made from quality materials and I am hoping that it will last a very long time. I try to buy all my gaming supplies at Best Buy because their customer service is great. The store employees are very helpful and knowledgeable and friendly. I am sure to return to Best Buy in the future .

not even sure why i am reviewing this. Its the factory controller so yeah it is as good as it gets if you're playing xbox. I will say ignore other reviews that compare it to other consoles. You have an xbox series x so what does it matter if a PS5 one is better, you don't have a PS5.

Very good controller for this price nice color works really well all day long

I bought this to have an extra remote at the house for when company is over. The color is awesome however when I plug my headphones into it, I have to turn them all the way up instead of having them on low like I do my other remote. They are both the same brand so I'm not 100 percent sure why this is happening.

This controller is a great piece for my doom collection.

A bit pricey but is one of the best controllers with how much customization you can do to buttons. Even down to the sticks. Controller still can be affected by stick drift as it doesn’t have Hall effect sticks.
