Not bad at all, especially for 35 bucks. Very solid build quality. I just don't really use it, the Dualsense is just far better with more features.

For the price it is a decent Product, I wish Microsoft would invest in fixing the Stick Drift issues but Best Buy always has a replacement in stock so I'd say Best Buy is great.

My son loves the wireless remote. He loves the blue color.

Everywhere states this is compatible with Win7, and indeed it works while plugged in with Win7, but wireless does not work. Every Win7 driver that once existed has been purged from the internet. Microsoft desperately trying to push Win10 by falsely not supporting (and yet claiming support for) Win7. Good controller though, more comfortable than my logitech, just a shame it is gimped by the push for a terrible OS.

I like it but wish it didn;t still use batteries, cmon ppl it's 2024, it's time for rechargeable system for free in it! Sony had it since PS3, nintenda had it since Wii U.

Great color. I would prefer to see the same color when connecting the controller to the xbox, it is shown with black color. Do not forget to update its firmware.

This is the second controller that I’ve purchased. The first one has lasted years with no issues.

The new XBox controllers are awesome. They are a bit smaller and fit nicely in my hand. They have a more "etched" plastic on the grips giving it a more comfortable feel. The controls are accurate and the new screen cap button is nice too. Its a decent upgrade from what was a good controller to begin with.

Just so you all no I game a lot like call of duty 6 hours a day so I press the buttons rapid and hard for long periods at a timeThere some good things about this controller it is not junk but there are also bad things too. So good things are, I like how it was built and the shape of the controller, the way it feels in my hands, and how the sticks feel. Also I like the look of the controller and the new D-pad design. Also the price your getting a series x controller for the same price as the Xbox one x. I also like it’s a nice wireless controller with a 3.5mm jack no more adapter. Now for the issues there are definitely some software or chip issues because randomly in call of duty my buttons will stop working and my character will just run off randomly and I can’t stop it but taking out the batteries. Also these controllers do not fit any other Xbox one battery packs(and cover) you have to go out and buy the series x battery packs with covers. And also I’ve only had it for two months I don’t no if it’s going to last. If you get it definitely get the WARRANTYYY... honestly if I could go back I would spend the extra 50 dollars on the Xbox wolverine tournament edition controller. Always get warranty on Xbox controllers. But if you are on a budget then just get the original Xbox one controller or the Xbox one S. Amazing looking controller, bought this for my brother and this controller is just fantastic looking, everything from the faceplate to the clear triggers makes this a great looking controller.

Always a solid controller for Xbox gaming my son has multiple colors and loves them all.

My son LOVES it! The color is different in a very cool way. No issues with it, and he plays with them daily. Always good to get XBOX products thru Best Buy, on sale and especially with Total Tech!

I caught a great deal! Don't be cheap and not add the protection plan, once your controller gets stick-drift, you can return it and they’ll refund your money on a gift card. Then you can purchase a new one for equal or less value.

The controller is already comfortable enough , but adding that rubber grip got me feeling a different way. The astral purple color is just a bonus. 10/10 would recommend
