Great for USB C connectivity in case you don't have batteries, wired headphones plug right in also for ease of use.

It was a bonus for me because it was an open box. I'm typically skeptical about open boxes but I decided to put my trust into Best Buy and save some bucks. I'm glad I did.

I haven't had any issues with connectivity, buttons sticking, etc. Solid controller with a great design.
