    Bought this since the A button on my xbox one controller was going out. Seems smaller but has a better overall build quality. Grip on the back is a nice touch. Directional pad is still kind of mushy but much clickier than the xbox 320 controllers.

    Works as it should. Weird that they would not price match to another store as they said ‘the model number doesn’t match’ even though it was literally the same exact controller.

    Hey the item was delivered in great condition and was exactly what I ordered but, i did receive it a few days later than expected which probably had everything to do with the shipping process and nothing to do with Best Buy so overall excellent experience and I would highly recommend ordering from these guys, thanks again Best Buy .!!
