They have a habit of not working for more than 18 months. At that point they develop drift or possibly buttons stop responding. With the warranty, is still a great deal

Love the new Screen shot button! Makes captures easy. The new gripping aspect is very nice, less slipping in heated moments. Super easy to connect to system. 1 issue i have found is the triggers (LT & RT) sticking. Discovered the sticky cushion pads inside may have been installed crooked or heat from play may have caused the pads to slip out of position. This pad allows for quiet play, without out the sounds of the triggers being used. By removing the cushions, no more sticking. However, you can now hear those buttons being used. Toss up of quiet play or non sticking buttons.

Works as intended. Bought to replace my old gen controller and prefer this.

Welp… It’s a controller. Bought it for a Series X when the original controller started to drift. Microsoft designs incredible controllers. It’s just a shame their quality-control is lacking. Shouldn’t have to replace a controller after two years of use. Perhaps consider buying the additional warranty - or just sign up for Best Buy Total Tech.

This price is super comfortable easy to use works great. It is very durable and reliable.

It may not be the biggest or feature-rich controller on the market, but it sure sets the standard for comfort and usability. I used to cheap out and get 3rd party controllers for my PC, but after getting sick of hand cramps I figured it was time to upgrade. Choosing this was a no-brainer at its black Friday sale price. Honestly, you can't go wrong with a controller that has user-replaceable batteries, USB-C, and Bluetooth.

Good Xbox wireless controller, I’ve had it since 2022 and I have had no problems so far. I have dropped it and flung it more times than I can count, and still is in perfect shape. No delay, or loose buttons.

Bought as a Christmas present, my Granson loved it. With the addition of this controller, I can no longer find him to do chores because he is too busy gaming. lol. This is a good controller he is under control.

Great controller, same classic xbox design with upgrades and and the shock blue look is fantastic!
