We're glad that you're enjoying your new Xbox wireless controller for the most part. If you're experiencing random disconnects from your Windows 10 laptop, we first recommend that you make sure Windows is fully updated to the most recent version.

I know from past experience. The price that BestBuy the controller for was very attractive.

It works very well and reduces the number of cables on my desktop table.

I like that it runs on double as batteries. We just keep some charged so they are easy to swap out. It has a 3.5mm headphone jack and works with all sorts of headsets. It also has bluetooth I was able to connect it to my phone as well very easily. I give it only 4 stars because it does feel a little cheap. It is lighter than my original xbox controller so maybe that is why I think that. I was hoping for more rubber textures but overall great product. I would pay $40 not sure it's worth the normal asking price of $60.

This was a replacement for the last controller of this same type and it seems to last longer than others and with a lot less complaints about a button sticking or it causing them to lose the game. As a parent who doesn’t game, but has to buy the equipment. I’m satisfied with this purchase.

This controller is comfortable and feels near-perfect when held. I love being able to use it for my PC, Switch, and even Phone!
