So good things are, I like how it was built and the shape of the controller, the way it feels in my hands, and how the sticks feel. Also I like the look of the controller and the new D-pad design. Also the price your getting a series x controller for the same price as the Xbox one x. I also like it’s a nice wireless controller with a 3.5mm jack no more adapter. Now for the issues there are definitely some software or chip issues because randomly in call of duty my buttons will stop working and my character will just run off randomly and I can’t stop it but taking out the batteries. Also these controllers do not fit any other Xbox one battery packs(and cover) you have to go out and buy the series x battery packs with covers. And also I’ve only had it for two months I don’t no if it’s going to last. If you get it definitely get the WARRANTYYY... honestly if I could go back I would spend the extra 50 dollars on the Xbox wolverine tournament edition controller. Always get warranty on Xbox controllers. But if you are on a budget then just get the original Xbox one controller or the Xbox one S. If you want to play Cold War zombies outbreak hit me up I TITANIUiVi XX

Fantastic controller color and easy hookup

The new overlay for Xbox on windows is nice and enjoy using it. Control was easy to connect to Bluetooth and was up and operational within minimal time.

My wife and I took a 15 year old foster son in for two years. He was a gamer. Maybe the best gift I ever gave him (at least in his eyes) and it cam with the peace of mind for me with my Totaltech membership.

Was expecting it to be more solid. Using it with a Surface Pro 8 i7/16gb and Xbox Game Pass for cloud gaming. Pairs quickly but drops and reconnects quite often during game play - not good in the heat of the battle. I started using a USB-C to USB-C cable to connect it to the Surface and its now stable.

It has a rubber grip on the bottom half of the grip area witch is really nice. But i think the rubber should go around the hand portion of the controller.
