This isn’t a review of the controller itself, which is unfair to Microsoft because the controller itself IS awesome. This is a review of the Open Box controller I picked up today. Whoever accepted the return, and whoever approved it for resale as Open Box, obviously didn’t look at the controller. There was food and other debris caked in the crevices all the way around the casing and buttons. Disgusting. I know I’m buying a SLIGHTLY used product when it’s Open Box, that’s the trade-off, BUT, c’mon, don’t resell disgusting items. Back it goes.

Love the color and feel! Took a minute to get it synched, but no issues since installing.

Overall good controller for the money; Pros: good grip, joysticks are in good working condition Con: the price point is a bit steep if looking for a replacement

This controller is one of the best color designs they produced. The blue accents look really cool. What I also like about this controller compared to the normal carbon black, is the grips on the back are actually more prominent on this one. I feel like I can hang onto this one easier than the black one. Works with the play and charge and syncs to my Series X just fine.

Got this for my son for his birthday. He has used it ever since and loves it.

I really like the design, but the quality of the buttons can improve, sometimes they get stuck. very good steamlink compatibility, better than switch controller

Had 2 months with unfixable joystick drift just now starting. Can't return and also it's outside of warranty with microsoft. I dropped too much money for an item that doesn't work. Would not recommend.

The controller's Xbox Home button feels slightly off/not level and cheaper then the original that came with the Series X and it makes me worried about the overall quality of the controller. I hope the button levels out after I push it a bunch it just bugs me.
