When I got the controller it came brand new (obviously) the grips are amazing and the overall performance of the controller is good! I love the color too!

I just got this controller, seems to be working fine, just in case I got the 2 year protection plan, still is a great product.

Good remote. Just wish they made them more durable and they had the longevity they use to. Sticks seem to be fine but not perfect. In the future I would spend a little more for the better quality.

This one is one of my new favorites. Has the rubber grips in the back. Has a blueish tint I didn't foresee it having, but still awesome.

Great controller. Beautiful graphics, really nice textures. Clear triggers are lovely and there’s a nice little secret in the battery cover.

Love the controller, but I am disappointed that I had to log in today to review my warranty due to drift issues, and my D-pad having double inputs 7 months after I bough this. Would give the design a 5/5. It is beautiful, doesn't show any signs of wear and tear (I also do take care of it well), and it's super comfortable with the two-tone grips in the back of the controller. For the price, and because of the "premium edition" marketing behind it, I would have expected it to last longer.

It feels like its made specifically for my hands. My fingers mold right to the spots they need to be for the best experience. Everything about this device feels very well thought out and manufactured. Being able to remap buttons via the app for windows is great. Makes Rocket League a tiny bit easier. I highly recommend this controller BUT be warned you may have to play the return game before you have one that doesn't suffer from a sticky right trigger. It wont immediately start out that way but you'll notice it slightly sticking here n there before it becomes a very, very, annoying issue. DO NOT WASTE TIME SENDING IT TO MSOFT. That'll take way too long when you could just run back to the BB you bought it from, exchange it, and roll the dice again. Luckily I only had to make one return before I had a controller without this flaw. This isn't the fault of BB; it's a Microsoft problem. It's reported that the newest model of this controller does not have this issue. None of em. I've read varying reports that either confirm or refute this claim. My advice? You may have to play the return game before you end up with on that doesn't have this problem.

Very good controller. From my perspective it's better than I had with PlayStation 3. There is only one disadvantage that it goes with AA batteries but from my perspective for this money it should already have accumulator or at least USB type-C cabel.

I bought the wireless remotes and they have a great fit, work great and hold a charge all day. I never have had to recharge in the middle of a game.

I had sent in my original controller in to Microsoft for fixing and needed a new one while waiting for replacement. New controller looks slick and grip is perfect.

This controller is working well for gaming purposes.

Great controller. I like the feel of the Carbon Black one vs any of the ones that have absmooth finish.
