Worst controller ever Microsoft get together

Probably every 3 to 6 months. I cannot figure out why Microsoft makes such a cheap product. It’s absolutely unbelievable. The buttons just don’t last. I am very gentle with mine. Never letting it fall to the floor or be placed in any manner

I used to think they were a reliable store. But lately they are proving me wrong... I paid for a new controller. They send me an open box, a portion of the bar code missing. They just put a best buy tape on top of it.... Seriously....? You cannot sell that as new. Next time, I am buying from Amazon or microsoft store. Now I have to go through the pain of returning the item and wasting my time... Big disappointment

We're sorry there's an issue with the audio on your new Xbox wireless controller. To increase the volume on your headset while using your Xbox, press the Xbox button and scroll down to the speaker button under "Audio & music." From there, you can increase or decrease headset volume.
