Low quality
||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Left thumb stick auto forwards due to wear after only a couple of months. I returned this one and eventuality the replacement as well. Later learned from an online video that it’s due to low quality parts. It’s rumored that newer ones have this fixed

DO NOT BUY!!
||Posted . Owned for 8 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This controller came with a Samsung tv purchase that now won’t even turn on thanks to a design flaw. This flaw is IN ADDITION to a tv speaker design flaw that vibrates the entire tv! BEST BUY SHOULD NOT SELL DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS!!

Poorly made product due to quality of parts
||Posted . Owned for 7 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Worked great for about 4 months. The USB-C port is poorly made and doesn't last long before charging connecting issues start to happen. This is the second controller and the same problem, would not recommend anyone to buy a regular xbox controller as the quality of parts used are terrible and do not last long at all.

Trash
||Posted . Owned for 10 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Do not buy this controller. Myself and my family don't play Xbox often and this controller did not last 7 months. Do yourself a favor and buy something else. When I got a chance to contact Microsoft they recommend I go to a repair shop to get it fixed more money out of my pocket for something that should last longer.

Poor Controller
||Posted . Owned for 9 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought this and after a couple of months the controller started acting up and is almost unplayable. At first I just dealt with it because it was just drifting somewhat and now it's just annoying and is just all over the place

Another one.
||Posted . Owned for 8 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Dead. Usually my controllers die because of thumpsticks or dpad. This one just stopped communicating even though it appears to connect. It's ridiculous that these controllers don't even last a year. It's not a Bestbuy problem, it's a Microsoft problem.

Buy Another Brand Maybe..
||Posted . Owned for 5 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The ports on these break way too easily. I'm on my 2nd controller and I don't want another one. These controllers are very low quality and cheaply made.

Left Thumb-Stick is unresponsive
||Posted . Owned for 5 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The Left thumb-stick is unresponsive only after 6 months of use. Microsoft won't repair it because it's out of warranty but they offered a 'great' solution... "why not buy another one?" If you buy one - make sure you Get an extended warranty!

Breaks for no reason.
||Posted . Owned for 7 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Left bumber randomly stopped working. Spoke with someone from Bestbuy and they said it was still under warranty and to contact the manufacturer. Contacted the manufacturer and its not under warranty. Purchased in April of this year. What a joke...

M$ dont make em like they used to
||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. For some crazy reason this one lasted longer than the 170-ish dollar pro model. I hate the rough texture but it gets the job done. Here's hoping I get no stick drift from this one anytime soon. M$ don't make em like they used to.

Things need to change.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Good luck getting an xbox controller that actually works right...and even if it does by chance work good right out of the box, give it 3 to 5 months and I will be using my geek suad once again. Someday these billion dollar companies will care about theend users instead of their shareholders.
