Great controller, i got it “refurbished” and it was brand new. Super pleased with my purchase

I bought this for work on a PC which is ironically developing XBOX games. 90 day warranty on a device is so pathetic or an obvious indicator Microsoft is fully aware of the issue... My warranty expired in mid-March of 2023 and literally a week or two later I encounter awful stick drive in the right thumbstick in the up direction within seconds of releasing any input on the stick. I tried to request an out-of-warranty (and out-of-my-pocket) repair but the nearest Best Buy that will service my request is over an hour away and despite being in Microsoft's hometown they won't allow me to just send it in (and pay because the pathetic 90-day warranty expire). This is an embarrassing lack of quality and Microsoft should be ashamed. Forcing customers to shell out an extra hundred bucks for the gimmicky "elite" controller to get a non-useless warranty is a scam, and I'm not even convinced they'd honor the warranty too considering the lack of Best Buy service centers that will accept them in a major US city and their unwillingness to accept the service request themselves. AWFUL PRODUCT

The controller is light, fits great in the hand. Connected to my old AF PC w/no issue.

This controller is 49 bucks everywhere else even on mircosofts site yet BB,seems to not be the Bedtbuy or best price they advertise to be..get wit it BB.:

The item came fast! It’s one of my grandsons gifts and I’m sure he’ll be happy with it. Since I don’t know if it works, I can only give it a 4.

I can guarantee you, all 5 start reviews are within the first week of owning the controller, after that it gets terrible stick drift as the joysticks are detachable and not properly fitted to the base, possibly the worst controller ive had in all 20 years of gaming, if you just want paddles sure, but if you need to aim, you might as well use your toes instead, no im not rough with my controller if you assume that.

I bought this online with the Black Friday sale, totally worth it. The Bluetooth works seamlessly with my computer and it is a well worth it purchase.

First off hate that the controller is smaller now my fingers bump each other, the reason I liked xbox was for the bigger controller. Second I've had this maybe 3 months now and my joystick just stopped working. Often isn't able to connect to console and for 60 bucks xbox surely should send a replacement but no they said the limited warranty doesn't cover it. Overall I might be buying a Playstation now. Don't waste your money on this controller stick with the last Gen controller better in every way.

everything has worked well apart from some occasional sticking of the start button when depressed and released.
