Bad stick drift after not even a year

First it started with left stick drift then the buttons wouldn't respond. I spent approx. 300.00 dollars on these and I couldn't even return them.

Xbox series x controller review

When using the controller it feels like sandpaper rubbing against your hands. The grip on the triggers and bumpers is unnecessary and uncomfortable. The D pad is bad when trying to use it quickly as it sometimes causes you to miss. The buttons dont bounce back instantly and the controller feels like it has more input delay while Microsoft claims it does not. Its well built too well built too stiff last gen was perfect shouldve just made a smaller controller for smaller hands to adjust. Will feel uncomfortable if hands slightly larger

This makes it nearly unusable when playing anything online. I have used the controller on three different PC/laptops and even exchanged it for a replacement. Regardless, the controller disconnects at least once every session for no apparent reason.

His old one wasnt working right. But he waited til Christmas and I think the only time he puts it down is to go to sleep....

I ordered it to have it delivered on campus. It never arrived and upon contacting best buy I was told I would be approved for my refund within 10 business days. I then later contacted Best Buy again well after that waiting period, only to be told that I wouldn’t receive my refund. Apparently nothing could be done on their end and I am now to contact local law enforcement over a $50 purchase.
