I am only writing this because this company has sent 6 emails to me asking to review. The service was perfectly fine. They did their minimum wage job to their full ability. Each grandkid has their own color controller so no fighting over whos is whos That makes the experience so much better (for me)!.

Buttons are pretty audible but that doesn't bother me any. I use with a Windows 10 (ver1909) pc via the bluetooth connection. You will need to Download the XBOX app and update the controller's firmware with wired connection or plug in to an XBOX(other route) before it will work correctly on pc! Plays games and that's the best feature of all
