Welp… It’s a controller. Bought it for a Series X when the original controller started to drift. Microsoft designs incredible controllers. It’s just a shame their quality-control is lacking. Shouldn’t have to replace a controller after two years of use. Perhaps consider buying the additional warranty - or just sign up for Best Buy Total Tech.

Quality controller. Microsoft could always do better with the bumpers. They are by far the most fragile piece of the controller only connected by a 2mm piece of plastic. Otherwise, great

Bought an XBox for my 2 grandchildren for Christmas. Needed a second controller for child #2

I travel and forgot my controller at home. Best buy was right next door to my hotel. A few minutes later I was playing my games like nothing happened.

So my son opened his gifts and saw two controllers. We got him this one and the gold one. He said now he got that drip with the controllers. I’m pretty sure that mean he likes them lol. Easy to connect no issues loving them both

This Xbox controller works as well as others I’ve used. I don’t expect any issues.

This controller is pretty much the same as the original that comes with the series s and x. I do enjoy the blue color on the controller, but one thing I can mention is why add the white part on the back? The controller has a bunch of improvements and feels a lot of comfortable in the hands. It comes with batteries, but they aren't rechargeable... So, make sure to buy more batteries or their chargeable battery pack.

This controller is beautiful and feels better in the hand then the default controller in the box. The grips make feel much better. Overall, it's a more premium feel than the default. It is, however, still really loud when compared to gaming remotes.

The controller looks super cool. The white is back. The new controllers have much better grip.

The series x controllers are very durable, you're going to get your money's worth with this controller. I've had mine for 2 years now and I've actually dropped her a few times but it's still works without issue
