Easy to operate perfect size to be able to firmly hold and maneuver buttons. It seems to be made from quality materials and I am hoping that it will last a very long time. I try to buy all my gaming supplies at Best Buy because their customer service is great. The store employees are very helpful and knowledgeable and friendly. I am sure to return to Best Buy in the future .

These new controllers feel great in your hands, AND they don't tell you that the controller comes with a free 14 day trial of game pass ultimate, and when you use the trial, then sign up for recurring billing, you'll get a month free, so basically 1.5 months of game pass ultimate for free. It's also on sale right now, so grab a second controller, before the price goes back to normal.

Works as advertised. My old controller was on the fritz this one is a great replacement. The multi-color feature is nice and the grips on handles are an added bonus.

Great color, very responsive. It was time to upgrade my old controller.

Much better design than the original. The use of USB-C instead of USB Micro means that cable-to-controller connections aren't so flimsy. It also charges faster. And finally, the texturing on the back is great, and a significant improvement over the smooth surface of the older controllers that tended to get slippery when your hands sweat. Best iteration of the controller so far!

I don't have the excess experience to nerd out on all the intricacies xbox controller types but this standard controller feels solid and responsive running on batteries which i was concerned about and thinking I would have to buy a cable to direct connect. but no its cool

I Bought this to replace my original Xbox one controller and I would 110% recommend this to anyone the triggers now have grip and the controller keeps your hands cool to a certain degree and it’s feels a lot more comfortable in my hands being a big guy and having big hands I’ve had trouble finding a comfortable controller over the last few decades and this is perfect.

This controller is very smooth and reactive. I love that is comes in white.

Controller works perfectly fine straight out of the box. I do recommend getting the rechargeable batteries for this, and it does seem to drain AA like there’s no tomorrow (but then again, I do use it a lot).

I like it, while not HE its a really good look. I use it with my iphone and pc and no issues thus far
