On pc, if the controller happens to disconnect every couple minutes, make sure to download the xbox configuration app and apply the update to the controller. You must have a usb-c cord to update it.

Im happy i bought a different controller because I usually buy black or white.

Other than that it is the usual Xbox controller with grippy panels on the back, which means it is pretty good. The looks make it well worth the few extra bucks.

This is a great controller, especially for people with gorilla-sized hands. Just a big disappointed that you need to buy a rechargeable battery separately, but that's just me though.

Finding the original style that came with the unit is becoming more difficult and more expensive when you do find one. Fortunately this Robot White controller is comfortable and works very well with my older unit.

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I game on pc and this controller is not as good as the last gen controller. the first one i bought had connectivity issues and would often times act like a mouse and glitch off and on between mouse mode and controller. The new one I got works but in some games does not show up as an xbox controller it shows up as xinput device. this is mostly caused by software issues from microsoft. this controller does use less power though so batteries will last you weeks.

The d-pad and LB/RBs are nice and clicky. Just an overall great controller. I was thinking of taking a star off because I was having constant disconnections (like many others) so it made the controller unusable but I am now no longer having those issues.

Random disconnects can occur for multiple reasons, including low battery and competing wireless devices.
