Luckily we had purchased the insurance. No fuss, no problem. Just filled out forms, and soon a refund was received. We then ordered another with the offered insurance. Our 11 year old grandson was happily playing his favorite games once again.

Looks great but a roll of the dice on quality

I think this is just how it goes with any official Xbox controller. I have a different colored xbox controller that is a year older and it still works perfectly fine. This Stellar Shift color looks outstanding though. just unfortunate it got stick drift.
