After connecting it, it works well but does not always connect on the first try. I have noticed a small click when moving the left joystick but that is not a problem. The controller feels good in the hand, especially the vibration motors.

Great deal on an open box controller

It was a bonus for me because it was an open box. I'm typically skeptical about open boxes but I decided to put my trust into Best Buy and save some bucks. I'm glad I did.

Only complaint is joy sticks feel rough around the edges. But its great controller over-all. Its tough enough to withstand many drops. My kids tested it

Synced right up and has textured grips that make the controller feel more pleasant.
