Cant expect anything less when paying 60 dollars for a controller lol. The texture is a good plus making it more grippy and the ease of use is great as always.

This product works exactly as I hoped. This model seems to use batteries at a much slower rate than earlier controller models. The only downside is that the white stains easily and isn't very cleanable.

I love Xbox and I also love the products that Best Buy offers. It was an amazing controller from the look to the use of it. Definitely made me feel as if I was a pro gamer with some added style. It does suck that it messes up rather quickly with frequent use but hey, that’s bound to happen and I won’t hold it against the review! Literally going to purchase another right now.

A somewhat new design to a controller we know and love. Found the grip design and new dpad and triggers to be very helpful and comfortable. The controller may seem a little smaller but hopefully it’ll be okay for others.

Currently using it and im a happy to get the oem items !!!

Love the D-Pad. Now I can step sideways on my games without having to try and mash both directions at once. Gives me a great edge on movement and the textured grips keep it from sliding even with sweaty hands

my son loves it....and the best thing is that best buy matched the price.

I bought this for my Xbox one X ( not series X) and while the usb c charge port is great for wired gaming , and the updated Bluetooth is a welcome addition, the size is a bit of a problem. If you have bigger hands you will feel a bit or cramping and fatigue after a while, nothing to drastic, but compared to Xbox one s Controllers, enough for notice.

Works good, no issues to mention. Black controller (less expensive) was out of stock.

Great feeling controller, the color is amazing but like other reviews said the joysticks get dirty and discolored very easily. I had to buy third-party joystick covers to prevent it from happening, but other than that the controller is amazing!
