Arrived with what I assume is paint on it and and some visible scratches, not really sure how that equates to “excellent” condition and am scared to see what Best Buy considers “good” or “acceptable. In addition, it was shipped in just a bubble wrap envelope, so who knows how much it got beat up during the shipping process. If you want a controller buy a new one I guess.
