I originally went to the store in search for a purple one I saw online. It wasn’t there and I saw this one instead. I decided to get it because I love purple and blue colors and I thought this was going to be like the one I bought my daughter years ago, but with the new updated D-pad, which is way better and easier to use. When I got it home, I discovered that the backside of the hand grips were changed with a new texture to prevent slipping. I absolutely love it! It also helps not feel greasy/sweaty when playing for hours. I know that’s a gross sounding bonus, but that texture is comfortable and IMO a great addition to the controller.

Love this controller, still have the first one to this day after a couple of years, I bought three just incase and never opened two of them. The colors look amazing in person, and the grip on the back helps quite a bit with sweaty hands.

i’ve bought 2 other controllers, used them everyday for about a year and a half… and had to buy another one to replace the one i used. but, love the quality and feel

Super great and no issues, i tend to have issues with controllers especially with the drift stick but this one hasnt had any. I also love them color

Beyond excited for Starfield. Even if it has bugs, the concept is something we’ve wanted for ages. The controller is proof of a real Limited Edition Collector’s item, and the quality of the Series S/X Model Controllers are no joke. Almost up to par with the Elite Controller. Clear Triggers look and feel beyond cushiony, thumbsticks have no drift so far and hoping it stays that way. Grip on the back feels more high quality than the Shock Blue I got on day one it released.

Awesome controller! Have had many before and this one feels the best in my hands. There is grip all the way around the controller to reduce slipping and the color looks so good under light!

very good controller had to get a new one because old one got stick drift but this one hasn’t even gotten stick drift and feels perfect would recommend

Got this as a replacement for my son's other Xbox remote as it started having stick drift design is nice and works well so far

This is a standard Xbox/sx controller. Syncs well to phone and pc. Comes with 2 AA batteries but I use the rechargable kind. Works great with packs too. Runs newest software. It's a slightly updated design with a embossed grip around the bottom handle parts (not rubber but more like etched). If you want a durable and no fuss controller, this is it.

This is my first specialty xbox controller and it looks absolutely breathtaking compared to my plain old black controller. The pictures don't do it justice. The gold accents of the d-pad as well as the clear triggers complete the opulence/space age aesthetic. I usually put my controller displayed on my desk an this is something i really love displaying. In terms of functionality, it's just like every other generic Xbox Series S/X controller so don't expect anything new on that end. All in all, while it's pretty expensive and unlikely to go on sale soon after its launch, it is still highly worth a buy before there's no more stock.

Although xbox didn't change much with the series x controllers, they are still very nice. The color scheme on this controller is really cool and has a nice grip that makes it comfortable to hold while gaming

I bought this because I needed a new controller, just happened to be the new gold version. Matte gold at the top and black to the bottom. Sticks and D pad feel of good quality. Having difficulty with bluetooth connectivity on my PC but that’s likely an error on my end/the PC. Works great via USB-C so no complaints.

Great functionality, comfortable in hand. Very responsive. Great price!

Love it, it is so easy to use and set up. I’m in love with the color. This also feels very durable and I got the warranty just in case I break it.

I'm not a gamer but do have a high end PC and wanted to give gaming a try. This controller was comfortable, easy to set up and use, and seems to do a great job.

Nice controller! Great feedback feeling and grip. Looks really cool too! I got this for my living room home theater PC Xbox gaming. I don't have an Xbox , I just use my PC for the streaming games and Xbox pass cloud games etc.. Indo have some kag with the controller , but it's actually coming from the streaming WiFi. When I use it for my gaming rig it's perfect, but I like the big screen sometimes.nowninjust have to get use to using a controller instead of keyboard and mouse for those certain games

Great design exactly what I was expecting. It was a smaller than I expected. ( I play on pc and it’s my first time getting an xbox controller ) I also ordered this as soon as it released, I haven’t had any problems so far.

They don’t make them like they used to do anymore. I have had this controller now for 3 months and the sticks drift uncontrollably, the buttons stick and this controller has been kept in excellent condition as you can see from the photos I’ve shared. My last controller lasted well over a year and before that one they lasted just about as long as the console did. They just don’t seem to be using quality parts any longer. Might as well start buying the cheapest ones because more than likely they will need replacing sooner than later now days.
