Not looking forward to dealing with support to try to get it fixed. I'm disappointed that only after moderate use (less than maybe 10 hours of gaming per week) and proper storage, there are issues.

Bought it for my 13yr as a Xmas gift and his face lit up when he seen what it was. Gave it a test run myself. Like the rubber grip on the handle and that it’s light weight.

The photos however are very misleading. It’s a very plastic red, not the satiny painted red that the images make it out to be.
