The controller brand new works great but give it a few months and this is without even dropping it on the floor or abusing it in any fashion and sticks start to drift rendering the controller almost useless I recommend always getting a warranty on these things because it's a matter of time as to when the sticks start going crazy and you can't aim Drive or play any games for that can get really annoying and frustrating ...these things used to be Bulletproof when they first started making them and I think it's a money grab on Microsoft's part to keep making such shoddy pieces of equipment for their systems.. I was actually going to buy Elite controller which is probably insane because dropping 200 bucks and within 3 months the sticks are all messed up doesn't make sense

Great design made better with incremental improvements. The textured pattern underneath, the contoured triggers. Generally tighter feeling overall. Great color, very good.

This controller has been wonderful in using with my gaming laptop. It was easy to connect and gives me no issues. Able to play lots of controller compatibile games.

I absolutely love my controller from the color to the feel of it. This is the third of these of controllers that i buy and they have all worked excellently. Only reason i replaced each one was because I wanted a different color. I passed the other two on to my brothers and no complains there either!

Replaced a wired xbox 360 controller for use with my PC. Didnt have any trouble connecting to my PC with bluetooth. The feel in my band is even better than the 360 controller.

The new controller design is perfect and makes for great gaming on games like call of duty. It has great reaction time and feels great in your hands.

Honestly this has been the most consistent controller I’ve gotten from Best Buy. My membership is up so I got scared when it started to not work the one night. The Xbox button would work and turn my Xbox on; other than that nothing else would. So I had to use my Xbox app to navigate. The next morning my fiancé informed me the controller was once again working. I always wondered if they fix the controllers themselves and then put them back out on the shelves or if they send them back to Microsoft and then have some sent back to keep up with the demand. Either way I would love a brand new controller that hasn’t been fixed in anyways. Just a brand spanking new controller. Other than that it has redeemed itself and is working fine now.

I needed to buy another remote to play everything on because the one that came with my console went out (stick drift) And also red is one of my favorite colors.

I love the color and feel of the controller, definitely way more options to chose from unlike Sony!

You always need an extra controller so if my grandchildren come over they can play together. And sometimes we will play a game and just take turns as one person dies we pass the controller, my turn doesn't last long and the grandchildren are laughing at me tje whole time but its still a lot of fun. Nothing better than an original controller.

Size very good to hold and grip. Vibration is perfect. Connects very easily.
