Also the D-Pad is a little better in my opinion. For PC the share button doesn't do anything.

It doesn't get better than this!

I don't use the share button, but I prefer the new shape of the D pad, and the analog sticks feel a bit tighter.

Only problem is the "A" button is sticking already and squeaks when pressed and the controller is only a week old...
