Very solid evolution of the previous go-to controller for console and PC gaming. Pairs more quickly with consoles and PCs than previous models. Works on Xbox Series X, Xbox One / X, and PC Not a revolutionary re-design, but moves forward all of the core features I want in a controller. D-Pad (Directional Pad) is an improvement over the previous implementation in functionality, though it is more loudly "clicky" than the previous D-Pad. I have had a sporadic issue with the controller disconnecting from PC, and I am hoping this is corrected with a firmware update.

Love Xbox and their controllers definitely a diehard Xbox fan

Same as the other new controllers but purple. Nice color that is complimented by purple Control Freaks.

I love the quality and layout of the Xbox wireless controllers. These are bluetooth unlike the old Xbox One wireless controllers, so you don’t need a special adapter to use them as long as your device is bluetooth enabled. The red color also looks awesome in person!

Recently joined PC game pass. What a great deal! I needed a controller to play some games and Ive realized that I missed this controller so much! Just feels nice and its the perfect size. Definitely recommend!

Love the simply black I like the old controller shape but this one is light weight wish is nice

An excellent controller that is refined. All the buttons have a wonderful click that is satisfying to push vs the mushiness of the last one. Like the new grip on the back. Also controller is a bit smaller and fits better in my hands. Like the L1 and R1 as well. Share button is useful when need be. USB C is a welcome addition. Bluetooth on PC works great too.

Best Xbox controller yet, the changes to the grip ensure they’ll last longer and the haptic feedback is nice, my only gripe with it is when using it on pc it tends to randomly vibrate, sometimes even when I’m not playing anything but that can easily be solved by turning it off. The issue doesn’t seem to happen on my Xbox however.

I never owned an Xbox before but recently got the new series X. over the holidays I was at my brother in laws house and we got my nephew a new controller for him and that's when i realized how much better these controllers feel compared to the old ones. Old ones feel light and made out of cheap plastic. these feel MUCH better, would definitely recommend.

It's a Xbox Controller which are usually great. This one is no different, I think includes additional texture surface underneath the hand holds. Well it sync'd with no problem on my PC. Battery life is excellent as I'm still 60% and it's been a month.

I use this controller with my iPad Pro and it works like a charm.

I actually only use this for a t.v. remote when using the xbox for streaming.Has a shutoff to save battery life which is great.easy control use.

I am highly upset for the past three trips to Best Buy. If my Son controller is blue you no longer have a blue. You give me a white. If you don’t have a white, you give me a black the same thing with the headset you give me what you have and when it’s time to bring it back under the protection plan I’m told either my plan collapsed when I never let it collapse or I’m giving something else and it’s frustrating. I have been doing this for 14 years and only have had issues using the Raleigh Crabtree Best Buy. It’s not fair that I’m here for 2 1/2 hours since 1130 is now 208 same thing last time the young lady went to go look at the camera. She said I was giving a gift card. I know I used the gift card if you give it to me right then because a lot of times I forget I have a gift card And I want this resolved. They told me to contact the number on the receipt cause there’s nothing they can do in the store corporate has to take care of it. There was one time when they couldn’t find something and they said they couldn’t refund me for something broken. I said well I’m a leave it here but they take it. It does me no good taking something that you’re telling me I can’t use so why am I holding onto it then later someone print a receipt and they actually see the problem and then re-issue me whatever it is I need. I don’t know if folks strain differently. I don’t know what’s going on, but it’s just too much and I want to be refunded for headset And the controllers.
