I bought this Xbox controller for my son and he said he loves it. The color and grips are perfect and it is in perfect working order. Would def buy again

Quick connects and great battery life. I use for X-Box cloud service which requires me to connect to my TV. Very easy to use

Huge step up over previous versions. Incredibly comfortable, works with bluetooth so no dongle needed for PC gaming. If you are using it on Mac or Linux, you might need to update the firmware first, which will require access to an Xbox, or using the Xbox Accessories app on a Windows pc.

We purchased this controller as an extra for our new Xbox Series X system. We like to game together, so a second controller is a must. I have noticed that it disconnects every once in awhile, so that is creating some issues.

Great grip! Just wish xbox could start just using rechargeable batteries

While the Dual Sense is definitely more of what you might think of when a next gen controller is mentioned, I still love the new design for the Xbox controller... it's really close to the previous iteration, but has small improvements that make it feel a lot better when you're playing a game. In the end, if it ain't broke...

Xbox controllers don’t last long and maybe last atleast 2 months max. Controller stick will start acting up .

great kid loves it, wish bestbuy had a repair center for old controllers so i would have to buy a new one every other year.

This product is definitely the best stock controller for any Xbox console. It has a great shape and ergonomic feel, and it looks amazing. The only thing bad about this and any other modern stock controller is the atrocious stick drift that forms. Microsoft definitely need to start making official hall effect controllers.

Takes alot of abuse and keeps going. It can handle drops.

Make sure you download the Omega Drivers in xbox insider, had issues with the screen/video capture and the controller kept disconnecting from the xbox. The drivers took care of any issues I had, Love the texture they added to this controller very easy to grip and feels good in your hands. No slick surfaces very well made.

I enjoy going to Best Buy off of I 10 and Bunker Hill. Customer service is always terrific. Never have one bad attitude always happy and smiles and joyful people when I go and purchase an item and willing to explain each item when I need questions answered so thank you for your customer service And will be seeing you again soon

Great controller from Xbox got a great price. No complaints

The color is absolutely stunning. I've bought multiple of the shift controllers, and i've loved every single one. This one is no different. It responds to actions quickly and makes gameplay so snooth and nice.
