Ok - But not a new one

Not too thrilled with that - The box was unsealed, no sticker, unit was not wrapped and white smudges on trigger points. If I didn't need to so quickly I would have returned it.

I've had to replace one after one of the triggers failed. Microsoft replaced it free of charge without any questions as the controller was still under warranty. I mostly use an Elite 2 controller now.

Not good enough for an official xbox product

It was heavy as well but that make sense because of the batteries. I used it for a little over a year and at around the 1 year mark the left thumb stick started to drift in the forward position. I do play a couple of hours a day usually but I wouldn't call myself a hardcore gamer. Disappointing for an official xbox product. Going back to using a wired controlled of a different brand.
