Love the feeling of a new gaming controller, I do wish there was a lifetime warranty for each new controller purchased or at least a 50% credit for each one returned to purchase a new one. Or we could have a station that helps fix common issues with gaming controllers for free if you purchase a gaming controller through Best Buy or $5 if you bought them somewhere else.

Good controller, first one had bad stick drift and didn’t uphold but the second one has been fairly decent. Although the design controllers are a little expensive and just as god as their basic solid color ones.

I used an Xbox One controller for light PC gaming the past number of years, and figured I'd upgrade to a Series S/X controller upon seeing it on sale. Figured I'd relegate the One controller to "guest" duty the rare times I may have a guest over for a gaming session. In terms of ergonomics, the Series controller feels real similar to the One before it, which is to say: it's a comfy piece of plastic. The textured grip & triggers of the Series controller make it even more comfortable. Also nice to see USB C for charging, though for a 2020s-era piece of tech, I reckon most people would expect it to be there. It paired about as easy with my PC as I could hope for, nothing dramatic to report on that front. One unfortunate thing with this controller that's been carried over from the One: Why, in the year 2024, is the rechargable battery a separate purchase? Why, this far into the 2020s, do we need batteries like gamers did when they had GameBoys in the 1990s/early 2000s? Sony's had rechargeable batteries in their PlayStation controllers since the PS3 days, Nintendo moved away from batteries in controllers after the Wii, it's baffling to me that Microsoft keeps opting for an antiquated charging scheme when the Switch Pro controller & DualSense today cost pretty darn close to what the Xbox Series controller costs without a separate charging kit (at their respective MSRP prices). But I digress, this controller is still a solid one for PC gaming. If you can find this on sale & don't mind having to either shell out a bit more for batteries or a proper charging kit, you can do a lot worse than this. If you find an older One controller for significantly cheaper, I low-key doubt you'd miss the textured grip & triggers that overly much. Overall, I'd grade this a 3.5/5 mostly out of spite for the battery situation, though I'll spite my spite & round the score up to a 4/5 for today.

Works exactly as intended and has that crisp, snappy xbox feel I know and love from my teen years. Paired flawlessly with my PC, unlike years past where an xbox was required for firmware updates. Process was easy this go around :) I chose this over the elite series because despite the elite series feeling ASTOUNDING in hand, with tension control etc, eventually the joysticks will drift. It's just a hardware limitation and inevitable. I agree with using the hardware they do; it is better while it lasts. But I cannot justify a controller at 3x the cost for how casually I personally utilize one. If they ever make the controller module based or easily home repairable and sell replacement parts, I'm in. But for now I am very happy with this guy! The clear plastic is extremely nostalgic for me; reminds me of my OG xbox controller S in transparent green :)

I’ve used more advanced controllers like the DualSense Wireless Controller, but this standard Xbox Wireless Controller has honestly been just as dependable in its own way. It may not have all the extra features like adaptive triggers or haptics, but that simplicity is part of what makes it so good. It’s consistent, easy to use, and reliable.

My only gripe is the use of AA batteries by default. While it offers good battery life (around 30-40 hours), I would have preferred a built-in rechargeable battery. Thankfully, Microsoft sells a rechargeable battery pack separately, which I’d recommend picking up if you game frequently. Overall, the Shock Blue Xbox Wireless Controller offers a great mix of style, performance, and versatility. It's a solid choice whether you're upgrading from an older controller or just want a unique new color for your setup. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a reliable and great-looking controller and so many colors too.

Purchased for my kid and she LOVES it- color is bright and distinguished, buttons and joysticks responsive, her setup is in a small living room and no connectivity issues. Purchased online and received promptly and securely packed. Sweet!

Needed a Bluetooth controller that easily and seamlessly connected to my Xbox ROG Ally X and this did the trick perfectly no issues great connectivity when hooked up to a monitor or big screen you won't even notice you are playing off a portable console.

Honestly it feels like a heavier duty controller and it holds well with the rubberized grips. The design is something that had me really liking it, but overall would definitely recommend this controller.

It's an an Xbox controller what more can I say lol. It has better grip than the standard black or white controller and I liked the unique design.
