Product was defective, trying to return

The defect would have easily been diagnosed with simple tools at the warehouse. I tried to return it in store, but they refused to refund the order since the serial number on the controller did not match that of the box. I called bestbuy support and they said that I should just return it via shipping to them and they will take care of it. Overall, if the refund goes through, this will be an unfortunate but good experience. But I will think twice before purchasing another used item from Bestbuy.

I primarily use this controller on the pc wirelessly and it works great. Very comfortable in the hands. Best of all, got it on sale on black friday!

Beautiful controller, but Microsoft still makes you buy a separate battery pack. Bethesda should have insisted on including one.

I think that the button in the middle of the Snapchat one is pretty good overall it’s a pretty good controller
