Not sure or if was defective but settings wouldn’t switch from the game and it would lag sometimes. When it did work, it worked great.

These controllers are great and long lasting. The parts don't wear easily, and you can expect to be happy with your purchase. Connectivity to your PC or XBOX is seamless and there are no issues!

Great controller and I love Best Buy always have since a little kid still gives great vibes. I miss the dvd and cd section.

The controller is great quality and is a very sleek color which I love! Comes with batteries and works amazing. It can be a bit difficult to connect the controller to other devices but other then that I’d say this controller is completely worth the price! Now if only Microsoft could find a permanent solutions to Stick Drift!

The color looks amazing, better in person. The grip feel on the handles are a really nice touch. Favorite part is the slot to add rechargeable battery pack. Makes the controller's life indefinite just by replacing the pack.

Happy to say that Microsoft seems to have delivered a controller worthy of the generational update. While the changes are subtle, the rubberized grip and the D-pad really do feel great - much better than the regular Xbox controllers. Additionally, the ability to sync with 2.4Ghz (Xbox or Xbox PC adapter) AND an additional bluetooth device simultaneously is so nice to have. I have it paired to my PC with the Xbox Wireless adapter in my game room, and the Raspberry Pi via Bluetooth in my bedroom. So when I'm ready to go to bed but still want to play a few more minutes, I simply walk over to my bedroom, tap the sync button twice and resume playing on my Rpi via Moonlight. Basically, I don't need two controllers. The only con I can think of -- and it's a limitation of the Bluetooth protocol -- when connected via Bluetooth, the audio jack doesn't transmit audio. Bluetooth only transmits the controller signal, and does NOT transmit receive audio. So when connected via Bluetooth, i can't use a wired headset. But that's OK -- I use a wireless headset anyway and the range is substantially better than Bluetooth. So much to say, I simply carry the controller and the headset to my bedroom and I'm all set.

Replaced an xbox one controller with this one. Enjoy the matte texture on the dpad+trigger buttons compared to glossy old one. Grips on the back also have a grippy texture compared to the smooth matte texture of the previous version. I enjoy the use of AA batteries as I can just swap them out when they run out.

Remote works great for wireless gaming. Would recommend getting some rechargeable batteries.

Easy to unbox and came very clean. Setup was quick, all buttons respond smoothly, and it feels comfortable during long gaming sessions.

Got this to have a second controller for my xbox series x. Comfortable grips. Looks sweet and works well. Feels better than the standard controller that came with the system.

I like the controller itself, improved over the first elite controller. I dont personally care for the built in battery. Because of that it has a more defined lifespan, unless you pay to have a new battery put in it.

I'm really glad I ordered the official controller and battery pack. Everything works perfectly on both my gaming build and my laptop. I like that it can charge and be plugged in to continue playing and that you don't need an extra charger as it has the usbc port as well. Really comfortably, good grip surface. Glad I went with the OG
