I think the trigger buttons are really smooth and almost velvety feeling when you click them. Some of the regular buttons are a little too stiff cheap and clicky for my tastes though and I kind of wonder if the more expensive controller has smoother buttons and Microsoft didn't make this one a little cheaper just to incline you to spend over $100 on the new controller. It works, I'm happy with it but I think that a few of the buttons could have been a little better designed.

It works, battery life is decent , the only issue is that it occasionally stops working in the middle of play, but quickly resolved whatever issue it had

USB-C! first and foremost, if you use rechargeable batteries, this drastically improves your charging times. With the older controller it would take ages to charge your controller fully. USB-C is much faster. 2. The controller is matte paint and textured nicely underneath. Feels great and not slippery/smooth. Has grip to it. Also, this blue color is just beautiful. IF you need a new controller, this is the one to get for the PC. If you don't, its a nice improvement if you can spare the extra cash.

Unfortunately I've bought this same thing about 4 times in 5 years, because some part always stops working (connector, stick drift, etc). I really wish the quality was better at this price point, but it's the price I pay to not hate my controller.

I do have to say it's better than the light up control I recently purchased, mainly due to the grip and being wireless.
