Great quality, get yourself a rechargeable battery and stand and you will be set. Use this with my gaming PC, but of course works well with the Series X downstairs. Go ahead. You know you want it. This controller doesn't change much compared to their predecessors and that's a good thing. Buttons are still tactile and responsive, the joysticks are placed comfortably and the texture on the back adds extra gripiness.

Replacement for my standard issue controller

It has operated as expected, I have no complaints in that regard. If you are looking for an XBox controller, and like the look of this one, go for it!

Play with it all the time because magically the controls just stop working. Wish they would make them a little better so the sticks don’t get stuck.
