For it being brand new (not refurbished) that's the best deal your going to find any where. Believe me I looked and looked and pounced on this deal when it popped up. Thanks Best Buy

It has a rubber grip on the bottom half of the grip area witch is really nice. But i think the rubber should go around the hand portion of the controller.

It feels like an upgrade with my Series X because of the grip improvements and slightly smaller size. I'm over 6' tall with pretty big hands and I like this controller better than the last version.

Carbon controller

Much nicer then previous models and it has a dry carbon appearance which not only looks cool but feels better in your hands. I had the same controller from years ago and upgraded it and this new one was much better. Just wish they were cheaper!
