The hand grips have a nice non-slip surface that allows control for even the sweatiest of gamers in the most crucial moments of a game. This controller will save your life! Product was defective, trying to return

The defect would have easily been diagnosed with simple tools at the warehouse. I tried to return it in store, but they refused to refund the order since the serial number on the controller did not match that of the box. I called bestbuy support and they said that I should just return it via shipping to them and they will take care of it. Overall, if the refund goes through, this will be an unfortunate but good experience. But I will think twice before purchasing another used item from Bestbuy.
