They work great and were easy to setup and our kids love them! Okay so do we :)

Plus the red is very nice, it is very easy to connect to the console.

Great controller if you want something in color.

It's just like any other XBox controller. I do like the new grips the new controllers come with. The color is prettier in person. If you don't want the standard color controller this is a great choice. However, keep in-mind you will be paying extra to have a colored controller. Minus the color, there is nothing special to it.
