The right trigger button and the right bumb button get crossed when you play

Not too different from the Xbox One controller design wise but has some slight improvements. Controller doesn't feel light, has a firm textured grip, and includes a share button. I imagined that the d-pad might've been a bit of a step back since it looks similar to the abysmal d-pad on the Xbox 360 controller, but it functions very well and doesn't have that loose feeling. Only thing that takes me back from the controller is that I wished that the backside was Shock Blue and not White. Was a bit off-putting at first but am getting used to the sleek look.

I got it on sale for 44, and it's pretty great for that price. It's a standard series controller, which means it works great with PC which is what I use it for. I also use a retro flag super pack which gives it the capability to connect to Nintendo switch, which also works great. The color of the controller is also very pretty.

Had to change out my first remote because it was broken. Would not turn on at all. My local BestBuy replaced the broken one with another "new" one from their shelf and placed the broken one back on the shelf for someone else to buy. The 2nd one I received didn't even last a year. And same problem. Will no longer turn on, each switched batteries and charged both of them.

The one I bought was broken. Didn't want to connect to my Xbox series X. So it was a return.

I don't own an xbox. Ps5 controller better. No haptic feedback, no touch pad, bit as solid

Good controller, it's a slight update from the existing xbox One controller. Physically it feels the same as my old controller. Buttons feel good not too soft and not super clicky like some 3rd party controllers. There is a slight change to the battery door, the old door it is angled slightly to the front of the controller and where it meets the bezel at the charge port it sweeps out: the new xbox Series X/S controller it's more straight without the bent sweep by the bezel it feels more flush to that bezel. Rechargable battery, the original charge and play battery pack from Microsoft will indeed fit in this controller, you do have to use a USB-C cable to charge it but it does work and does charge, you lose the tiny charging light indicator though (it was removed even on the new play and charge kit from MS). Any USB-C cable will work with this controller same as they do with any android phone/tablet or game console that uses USB-C. Now what I don't like is how clicky the D-pad is, I like the feel of the D-pad I just don't like how noisy it is, it also feels like it hangs up on something internally if I try to make full circles with it. This may smooth out with repeated use. I got mine in White to match my computer case and I do like the fact that the front bezel is also white. I also like the A, B, X, Y buttons being colored and not the same color as the blue, neon green, and red controllers. All in all it's a solid controller with very minor upgrades and cosmetic changes.

There is controller delay when it isnt plugged into the console. After a month the issue started.

The feel for the controller was good but It lacked responsiveness.

This item worked fine the first two weeks but the controller started messing up but unable to return.

The “B” button isn’t very responsive like the rest of the buttons on the controller. Have to buy a new one.

I had this controller for a little under 2 weeks and it already is glitching and not working properly buttons pressed don’t work, when I pull the trigger it sticks and doesn’t always work. I’m meticulous in making sure my controllers are taken care of and I think this may be a fluke but this one I got was horrible
