Sleek design comfortable feel just wish it was smaller

First one was swapped out with an old one,but they sent a new one

Very nice controller. My son loves the color and the textured grip. The only con is the batteries that came with the controller did not last a week.

Awesome looking controller, use it for PC gaming, great response, coupled with a long lasting rechargeable battery, and it is awesome for the games i like with a controller (GTA V, Assassin’s Creed, Cyberpunk 2077, Borderlands 3, etc).

Love the new controllers. Great textured grip, feels super comfortable in my hands. I will say I had to send one back for warranty repair because my right trigger was sticking which is why I bought this one to hold me over until the one that came with my xsx came back from repair. No issues though with this one.

Product was very well to handle overall i give it a 5 star much greatly recommend it!

Talk about a great deal. This controller was cheaper at Best Buy than it was used at GameStop. I'll always check Best Buy before buying slightly used from now on.

Honestly, any controller from Microsoft is good. You will occasionally get a dud (Rare), but it happens. You cannot find a product made by man that doesn't fit that description. Bought it for my wife.

When I Purchased This Controller I Loved It Then One Day Out Of The Blue It Stopped Working. I Took It Back To Have The Geek Squad Look At It And They Could Not Figure It Out . Then They Said It Was The Wrong Controller For My Receipt And Would Do Nothing

Excellent controller. The look is nice and unique. It feels smooth to the touch but in a different way than the regular model. Buttons are all very responsive. Overall, great controller.

It's a good controller and it works; however, the batteries drain extremely fast. I would put new batteries in and the next day they were dead. I had the newest driver installed for the controller and I made sure to turn the controller off but neither of these things helped. So I purchased a cable to run from the controller to my pc so I don't have to worry about the batteries running out. I also have a Xbox one wireless controller and it's night and day how much longer the batteries last in it compared to the Xbox series x controller.

I’m happy with this purchase, I know BestBuy will stand by the items purchased from them so I never give a second thought concerning warranties or replacements. I know from past experience. The price that BestBuy the controller for was very attractive.

Looks really cool brand new for 40$ love it also it feels really good holding it grip wise and size the only think i am iffi might b the dpad but i think all new controllers are like that
