They get the job done but end up crapping out after repeated hard gaming over time. I find that the sticks generally go first and then the buttons on top. I have total tech so I don't really mind. I'd encourage getting total tech if you game a lot it's really good

My only complaint is that it can't use the rechargable battery because of the unique design.

We're glad that you're enjoying your new Xbox wireless controller for the most part. If you're using a Xbox Play & Charge Kit for Xbox One, you may use the same rechargeable battery but will need to use a standard USB-C to USB-A cable with it. Otherwise, we recommend using the Xbox Rechargeable Battery and USB-C Cable for Xbox Series X/S.
