If you don't want to use them you have to buy a third-party battery pack to have them, be rechargeable

They were all purchased from Best Buy. This is my favorite go to store. The staff is always friendly very helpful. I have never had a bad day when shopping at Best Buy. I trust their merchandise.

I spent hours (including being on hold over 10 times) trying to find where my package was left in my apartment complex. The delivery driver took a terrible picture of the package when leaving and was awful trying to get a hold of when I could not find my package (how hard is it to leave at the main office?). Overall, product had no issues but I was disappointed in Best Buy’s delivery service company, “Roadie” and am unsure if I will be returning because of the lack of customer service from them.
