I like the color and feel. I do think the price is a little expensive.

Good replacement controller for gaming. Does what it is supposed to do.

The controller feels solid. There are not many changes from the Xbox one controller besides the share button. While I do not use it very often it is a nice convivence to be able and capture a screenshot with a button press. It does feel a bit lighter but an excellent controller.

The only issue is that unlike PlayStation controllers this isn’t rechargeable and needs AA batteries

Almost the perfect controller. If you need an extra controller for whatever Xbox One or above you have, or for your PC, this works great. My only complaint is the clickly D-pad, I prefer a softer one, but that's just personal preference.

I bought a controller in October 2021 been using it and the right thumbstick pulls itself up as if it has a malfunction. Been struggling with that for a month so I had to buy this one a second time. I know they work great but it being a faulty Microsoft product i dont think it will last forever or long enough, but for now it does the job

Solid OEM performance. Not worth trying any other brand, they just don't hold up as long. Also, you can usually get a little discount if you're a total tech member.

Was the main gift that my nephew requested for Christmas gift. He was very pleased when he opened it and I was equally pleased by the price.

Controller looks even better in person and with the better grips it feels amazing in hand! 15/10!

So nice to have a new controller. The micro textured joy sticks are awesome and just the overall feel of the controller is 10 times better than previous version. If you are still playing with the old model of Xbox controllers you need to stop immediately and get a new one at whatever cost.

Birthday present for son, so far it’s working perfectly. The color scheme on this controller is pretty unique as it changes color depending on which direction you look at it from.

I loved the color in previews and even on the box in real life but when I opened the box the controller has a duller color than I expected, I know the highlighter yellow isn't for everyone but I was a bit disappointed in how it wasn't blindingly bright. Other than that it's a great controller that feels light weight compared to the Xbox One controller but with better triggers and a better dpad other than the fact that it is a shield design.

We bought this controler discounted because it was a return. It had issues and probably shouldn't have been resold. Then we find out when we returned it that the controller numbers didn't match the box numbers. So i wont be buying anymore discounted items from Best Buy.

Got this at a discount but needed another controller. Good controller.
